Consulting Arborist / Sales Representative
We are currently seeking a highly motivated consulting arborist to join our sales team. Work with a progressive industry leader committed to providing high quality arboricultural care and outstanding customer service.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in all phases of arboriculture
  • MCA and/or ISA certification
  • Bachelors or master degree in arboriculture or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service

Responsibilities include: 

  • Prospecting commercial and residential clients

Plant Health Care Technician:
We are currently seeking a Plant Health Care Technician. The position will require the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of trees and shrubs for insect and disease pests and other factors that might influence plant health. The role will entail working with hydraulic spray equipment, maintaining plant care records and regular interaction with plant health care clients and department manager. Personnel will need to possess or develop tree and shrub identification skills and knowledge of common insect/ disease problems.

Tree Crew Leader/ Arborist
We are currently seeking a tree crew leader/ Arborist.  Position will require performing all tasks customarily associated with professional arboriculture including tree climbing, tree pruning, ornamental and shade tree pruning, cabling and bracing, equipment operation, and all other maintenance and necessary remedial care.  Crew leader will have significant contact with clients and supervise one to two people.
Pre-requisite credentials include:

  • Exceptional arboricultural skills

  • CDL drivers license or ability to obtain
  • Minimum of 3 years climbing experience
  • ISA/ MCA certification or ability to obtain

Internships:

Tree and Landscape Care Internship
We are currently seeking candidates for an internship specifically designed to give students exposure to many different areas of the tree and landscape care industry.  Depending on the student’s career goals, the internship will involve working in some or all of the following areas within our firm.  

  • General Arboriculture: Work under the supervision of a MCA refining your skills in tree pruning and removal, ornamental tree pruning, chipper use and safety, and aerial lift use. 
  • Plant Health Care:  Work with an experienced PHC technician and learn about the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of trees and interact with plant health care clients.
  • Sales / Consulting:  Work with experienced Massachusetts Certified Arborists consulting with clients.
  • Landscape:  Work on a variety of projects such as landscape construction and planting, shrub pruning, and landscape maintenance.  Also experience the art of transplanting and moving trees.
