Sales Arborist

Cedarlawn Tree is currently seeking an additional sales representative to sell tree care and landscape services to our existing client base and to develop new business with residential and commercial prospects.

Successful candidates will be expected to grow their territories through managing current client needs and generating new opportunities through a targeted sales, marketing and networking strategy. The position requires prospecting, consulting, building and maintaining client relationships, proposal and work order preparation, project management, client follow up and invoicing. Sales reps will attend weekly sales meetings, local networking events, as well as industry conferences. We are a goal oriented sales team driven by strong but achievable goals.

Candidates should have a history of sales success or possess the following skills and attributes necessary for a successful career:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superb organization skills
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Passion for plants and the outdoors
  • Bachelors degree
  • MAA/ ISA certification or ability to obtain
  • Experience selling to homeowners and commercial property managers a plus
  • Field experience in tree and landscape maintenance
  • Highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to prospect and develop business
